New Set-Fee Real Estate Brokerage Opens in San Diego

San Diego, Calif. – Serving the consumer and helping animals means a lot to broker Paul Doroshuk, so his consumer-friendly, set-fee real estate office, Help-U-Sell® Metro Realty, has launched a charity campaign benefiting the local ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and the office’s mascot is a motorcycle-riding English bulldog named Mavis.


Doroshuk has been a licensed real estate agent since 2002 and then became a licensed Broker in 2005. He has owned a full-service brokerage since 2005. “I eventually grew tired of being a recruiter first and a broker second,” he says of his 70-agent business. “In fact, I loved getting involved with assisting buyers and sellers so much that I was most always the top-producing REALTOR with the firm. I wanted to simplify my overhead and condense the majority of my duties to what I do best: interact with the customer.”

Help-U-Sell Metro Realty will be offering full-service listing representation for sellers for a set fee as low as $2,995, and buyers that they assist can receive a 25 percent rebate from the office’s earned commission. “We want to prove to people that they get the same service, maybe even better, for much less,” says Doroshuk.


Located in the Pacific Beach community, Help-U-Sell Metro Realty, is targeting the greater San Diego Coastal and Metro areas, but will provide services to anyone in San Diego County and beyond.


The office’s charity campaign benefits the local ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), and Mavis, the office mascot, will help this cause and spread the word. The office plans to donate $1 per Help-U-Sell Metro Realty Facebook page like and 2 percent of its profits in 2015.
