Help-U-Sell Treasure Coast returns to Hobe Sound, FL

Hobe Sound, FL (March 6, 2017) – Roberta Pickens has rejoined the Help-U-Sell Real Estate family, the set-fee, full-service innovator, with the opening of a new franchise office in Hobe Sound, FL on Florida’s Treasure Coast.


This latest Help-U-Sell® franchise office serves Martin County, just north of Jupiter, FL, and the Treasure Coast.


Roberta began her real estate career in 2000 when she acquired her license in Arizona. Three years later she obtained her broker’s license and opened her first Help-U-Sell office, which she operated successfully in Martin County from 2004 through 2010.  Roberta’s brokerage, Warm Weather Homes in Hobe Sound, is now again doing business as Help-U-Sell Treasure Coast. Prior to her career as a real estate agent and broker, Roberta had worked for real estate developers and builders in the real estate industry in Chicago, Arizona, and New Jersey.


“When I first opened my office, I discovered the amount of detail and level of support that was required to best serve my clients,” said Roberta. “I quickly learned how much I enjoyed the process, especially working with sellers providing them with the guidance they needed to complete a successful transaction.” Roberta continues, “I understand there is lot of emotion attached to selling a home. That’s why I help sellers step back and understand the purpose of the process: enabling them to see the sale their homes objectively while taking the emotion out of the equation.  But finding buyers that perfect home that ticks off their wish list is just plain fun!  Whether working with sellers or buyers, I love helping my clients reach their goals,” she explained.


Roberta has had a broad, extensive sales and marketing career in addition to her real estate career.   This includes many years selling medical supplies and instrumentation to doctors, laboratories and hospitals, and even a stint in the petroleum industry based in Chicago where she sold analytical instrumentation to refineries and pipelines.  


The current real estate market is an attractive challenge to Roberta, who survived the ups and downs of the mid-2000s.  She believes that the Help-U-Sellâ business model is the perfect fit for the industry, with its consumer-centric and broker-centric emphasis.
