“We’ve made great efforts to expand our marketing and brand awareness in California. We’ve increased our presence online and via live networking at the 2017 California Realtor Expo. We’re pleased our efforts are paying off and we are forecasting additional growth as we move forward with other plans,” said Robert Stevens, Chief Operating Officer.  “We’ve made our offer to brokers stronger by increasing proprietary in-house technology, made it easier to complete marketing initiatives, and of course, 41-years of a proven business model that saves home sellers money.”

New franchisee, Ken Hazelet offered “Having spent years in real estate, I came to the conclusion that change is overdue and I don’t see the traditional model working much longer. I researched the different models out there. Help-U-Sell’s set-fee model made sense. It was closer to the cost of doing business.”

From Lake Elsinore, John Metcalf shared, “Now was the best time to change business models. We make a smart and strong offer to consumers who desire savings and value. There are a sea of competitors. We offer something different and Help-U-Sell is the best known brokerage for set-fee real estate services.”

Lancaster Broker/Owner Gary Julian said, “I am a big fan of the set-fee model but competing companies were disorganized and did not offer the same technology for broker support and consumer use. What Help-U-Sell created is a huge time saver that allows me to keep my focus on helping clients.”

Also joining this summer, JP Dauber added, “Too many realtors are fighting over the same pie. If you’re doing things like everyone else, you’re going to go out of business because the profit margins are too slim. We can help more people, offer them substantial savings and still make a fair profit. It’s sustainable.”

Instead of the traditional percentage-based commission, Help-U-Sell Real Estate charges its sellers a set-fee and a menu of services, allowing clients to participate in the selling process to save as much money as they would like. Help-U-Sell brokers are fully licensed members of the National Association of REALTORS and can offer sellers and buyers a full-service experience.

About Help-U-Sell Real Estate

Created 40 years ago, the Help-U-Sell Real Estate model was the pioneer for providing an alternative to the dated commission structure, something that had gone uncontested for years in a market overrun by a monopoly of traditional brokerage firms. Help-U-Sell Real Estate forged a revolution in the real estate industry by proactively challenging the commission structure, and has continued to perfect its full-service, set-fee model today.
