Help-U-Sell® Real Estate Unveils Finance Assistance for New Franchisees

Sarasota, Fla. – Help-U-Sell® Real Estate has announced a new program to provide financial assistance to new franchisees.

The franchise fee finance option allows new franchisees to join the set-fee real estate franchisor for only $2,500 upfront, with the remaining $15,000 in franchise fees due over a three-year period. Each time the franchisee completes a sale, 5 percent of the set fee goes toward paying off the debt.

“We know there are many outstanding real estate professionals who would make great additions to the Help-U-Sell family, but cash flow is a challenge in today’s economic climate,” said Ron McCoy, Help-U-Sell Real Estate’s Vice President of Business Development. “Our new franchise fee finance option enables these professionals to take advantage of our proven set-fee business model and marketing system and gives them the opportunity to ramp up marketing while preserving critical capital reserves.”

The franchise fee option will be available for a limited time, and applicants will be subject to approval.

Interested potential franchisees are invited to contact Ron McCoy for more information about the finance fee option. A free business consultation or a personal live demonstration of Help-U-Sell Real Estate’s proprietary technology platform and online systems can also be arranged. McCoy can be contacted at 941-951-7707 ext. 2002 or via the contact form on the Franchise Opportunity Center website:

Help-U-Sell Real Estate has 96 franchise offices operating in 24 states and the District of Columbia. Franchise Business Review recently named Help-U-Sell Real Estate to its Franchisee Satisfaction Awards list for 2012, based on surveys sent to current broker/owners.

Created 36 years ago, the Help-U-Sell Real Estate model was the pioneer for providing an alternative to the dated commission structure, something that had gone uncontested for years in a market overrun by a monopoly of traditional brokerage firms. Help-U-Sell Real Estate forged a revolution in the real estate industry by proactively challenging the commission structure, and has continued to perfect its full-service set-fee model today.
